Acutonics is a system of sound healing that is delivered by placing tuning forks on acupuncture points on the body as well as using them above the body in the etheric field. The tuning forks have been specially made and configured to the Music of the Spheres: an ethereal symphony defined by Pythagoras (and other mathematicians) sung by the movements of celestial bodies. Quite literally, the music of the universe and the cosmos.

This practice utilises the power of sound and vibration, which are able to travel to the deepest parts of our being and affect us on a cellular level. These sessions are delivered alongside acupuncture and essential oil therapy, and are designed to facilitate healing in a multi-dynamic way. Each session will differ according to what we need to achieve. Some sessions will involve some mindful visualisation and guidance, while others will be focused on allowing you to receive from a still and quiet space. I find these sessions particularly powerful when we need to dive into the deeper, emotional aspects of our psyche and being, whether that be around inner child work, belief systems or matters of the heart (just to name a few).
